Invoicing Clerk/Customer Service Representative

Randstad has an immediate opening for a temp-to-permanent Invoicing Clerk for a busy operation in the North Charleston area. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of prior experience working with credits and debits, issuing credit memos, pulling cash reports, counting cash drawers, working in Excel and Outlook and excellent customer service skills.
Typical Duties:
Invoicing 40 plus tickets today
Counting cash drawer
Pulling cash reports
Closing out tickets from freight companies
Collecting money on COD tickets
Checking invoices for accuracy
Preparing invoices prior to the customer arriving to pick up their materials
Working hours: 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Minimum Requirements:
5 plus years of experience working with credits and debits and issuing credit memos
Experienced in counting a cash drawer and pulling cash reports
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
Excellent phone communication skills
Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
