MEDcare Urgent Care seeks an experienced and vibrant Center Manager in our North Charleston location. Managers should have experience in a high-volume, fast-paced management setting. Our Managers are responsible for overall performance to ensure our vision of loyal patients, happy employees and high caliber care is met.
The Center Manager is responsible for enduring a high level of customer satisfaction through training, mentoring and assisting clinical staff to perform at the highest level of excellence. They are responsible for overall performance to ensure our vision of loyal patients, happy employees and high caliber care is met.
Responsibilities:
o Coordinate daily huddles and monthly staff meetings to keep clinic staff informed and energized.
o Supervise all clinic staff and ensure they have all necessary tools to perform their job on a daily basis and are performing at the highest level of excellence.
o Monitor staff development to ensure training has been effective and work to implement additional training if needed.
o Mentor staff on the MEDcare Core Values and Customer Service strategy.
o Conduct on site audit to include clinic grounds, internal clinic space and equipment and inventory. Communicate needs to the Business Operations department such as facility repairs or other needsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
