Job Description:
The Help Desk Analyst provides front line support and works closely with clients to address their requests accurately and efficiently. Strong communication skills and a desire to provide excellent service as a representative of our company are important. The position may require limited time at customer locations to assist with new installations and deployments. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required for periodic off-hours maintenance. Candidates must be willing and able to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation as needed.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Respond to user requests for assistance via phone and email
Monitor LAN/WAN and server process alerts
Document request resolution progress using our Incident Tracking System
Work with other members of the operations team to resolve client requests
Interface with other service providers and outside vendors
Provide prompt, courteous, and complete resolution of user requests
Required Skills:
Strong fault isolation and troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new skills and keep current with the latest software and technologies
Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
Familiarity withEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
