We are seeking a Field Service Specialist II in North C harleston, South Carolina
This position is responsible for providing resident continuing services for a Pulp and Paper Customer located Charleston, South Carolina. Equipment responsibilities include but are not limited to DaVinci and ExperionMX QCS and related CD Control Systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform Preventive, Corrective and Emergency maintenance on customer's QCS equipment
Independently troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems
Basic working knowledge of tuning MD and CD loops
Write monthly system performance reports for assigned systems
Maintain all required site and system documentation
Document results in writing to the customer
Possess/develop comprehensive knowledge of entire product and services portfolio and routinely consult with both customer and field sales force.
Actively interface with customers at all levels
Ensures customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.
Provide 24 x 7 emergency support to customer and technicians.

Qualifications
Basic
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum 4 years experience in related electronics training
Capable in performing preventive/reactive maintenance
Preferred
Qualifications:
Associates Degree
Project a positive and confident attitude focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Basic understanding of MD & CD controls
Pulp and Paper process skills
Capable of learning available analysis tools to solve complex system or process problems
Capable of developing new PMS for existing and new products as knowledge is acquired
Design/Engineer solutions to prevent reoccurring problems as knowledge is acquired
Capable of writing, reviewing, and / or editing various types of technical reports
Able to conduct formal meetings with customer management personal
Capable of evaluating control effectiveness as knowledge is acquired
Capable of verifying and calibrating sensors as well as possessing a working knowledge of sensor operations and correctors
Knowledgeable of system architecture and operations as well as applicable database items needed for basic maintenance and calibration Qualifications
