6am “ 6pm
Rotating Schedule:
2 days ON, 2 days OFF, 3 days ON, 2 days OFF

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will perform work in a chemical manufacturing area. Follow established standard work to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area, identify trouble areas, safety issues and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.


Key Responsibilities


Operate and follow chemical recipes utilizing equipment (RFID Dipping Machinery)
Manually rotate/tend racks when going through the dipping process
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Pass Testing and Maintain Dip Room Training Certification
Learn Machine Operator dipping Terminology
Support the Honeywell Operating System
Learn and perform at different dipping stations (Example. Lines# 1,2,3,4 and5)
Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
Comply with all safety rules
Record and report production data
Identify and communicate Equipment/RFID malfunctions and report using proper Terminology.
Maintain Class 1 and Respiratory certifications
Participate in Preventive Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance activities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
