The primary responsibility of the Sales Assistant is to provide support to the sales team, including preparing and updating quotes, following up with clients, and creating reports.
The Sales Assistant will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, resolving customer inquiries, managing job information, and handling administrative duties.
Qualifications Prior experience in sales assistant or customer service role, preferably in the granite and marble industry Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Attention to detail and accuracy in work Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Paid time off Simple IRA contribution after 1 year of employment Job Type:
