-Management of softwares:
Aspire (landscape software with accounting), GPS tracking, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, adobe and etc.
Quickbooks experience is preferred.
-Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Managing bookkeeping tasks in Aspire, recording expenses, documentation of receipts, ordering materials managing purchase orders and etc.
- Review budgets and expenses, including tracking and reporting.
-Review and complete contract renewals as needed - Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out reminders - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing - Run ADP payroll processing and maintain accurate records - Manage company budgets and expenses, including tracking and reporting - Ensure office policies and procedures are followed by all staff members - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed -Provide IT support to other managers as needed - HR Oversight to make sure items are completed.
-ssist in hiring, interviews, onboarding and other HR task as needed - High-level multitasking to address various daily items - Collaborating closely with the owner to execute the company's vision -Run multiple different software's and be the manager for those systems -Assist in training new field managers on policy and on software - Assist with the CFO in accounting as needed - Handle all office administration task as needed - Ability to make SOP's, company forms, new policy, and training material Required Qualifications for Office Manager:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following
Qualifications:
- associate degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field -Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar office management role with general bookkeeping duties.
- QuickBooks preferred (Desktop) experience - excellent computer skills - problem solving skills.
- Drug-free (mandatory drug screening for this position) - Good credit check (requires a credit check) - Clean driving history that is insurable - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent team management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and provide guidance when needed - Experience with budgeting and expense tracking - Experience in Microsoft Office Suite &365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, teams, one note, email).
- Strong typing with proper grammar required - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal -Excellent decision-making skills - Accounting experience -Related HR experience with 401k, health insurance, employee relations, SOPs, payroll, training, onboarding & development -must be goal oriented and able to keep up with a fast pace business.
