Accounts Receivable/Billing & Collections Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts - Review and analyze customer payment history to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Communicate with customers to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment terms if necessary - Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliation - Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and maintain the integrity of the accounting system Skills:
- Proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient data entry - Familiarity with account reconciliation techniques to ensure accuracy in financial records - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to effectively manage accounts receivable processes.
