Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - Day $10,000 Sign On Bonus & Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - Nights $20,000 Sign On Bonus Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide primary care coordination for patients and implement a collaborative care plan as prescribed by the physician and treatment team.
Duties include:
Assess mental health needs; develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, plan and evaluate nursing care; administer and/or monitor the effects and side effects of medications and treatments ordered by a physician; to ensure safety and provide consistent therapeutic milieu management and crisis intervention strategies.
Schedule Day and night shifts are available.
RNs will be scheduled 7 shifts in a two week period with alternating weekend days.
