This person will be the point of contact for our customers and lead them through the service process.
Duties:
Communicate clearly via phone & email with customers (builders) and all other callers to provide helpful information and schedule appointments, installations, and quality inspections.
Schedule with installers and delivery drivers to coordinate activities with the customer's availability and needs.
Place accurate orders for materials.
Maintain extremely well-organized files and calendar at all times.
Handle all issues brought up by customers and others with respect and kindness, and handle in an appropriate and timely manner.
Work as a team with fellow employees to ensure the customer receives the best service possible.
Follow all company procedures at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma Detail-oriented & strong organization skills Customer service must be highest priority Fast learner for a fast-paced environment Should have Construction (cabinetry) experience Expected hours are Monday-Friday from 8:
00-4:
