North Charleston, SC North Charleston, SC Part-time Part-time $20 - $24 an hour $20 - $24 an hour 10 days ago 10 days ago 10 days ago Handles account payables for all properties Receives and records tenant payments Process invoices payments through AvidXchange Manage AvidXchange inbox Generate and distribute rent statements monthly Deposit Rents Maintain an orderly filing system for each property's paid bills and deposits Organize, and print vendor 1099s annually Divide checks by property, distribute to the appropriate signer for signature and mail Maintain the vendor list in both AvidXchange and Skyline Record and deposits security deposits Enter tenant chargeback information on tenant accounts Assist property managers with AR/AP questions Assist in setting up new tenants in Skyline Review lease abstracts Responds to tenants with billing questions Enters rent and CAM Charges Other bookkeeping responsibilities as assigned EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training in commercial property management accounting Familiar with property accounting statements / concepts (IS, BS, CF, Accrual/Cash) Strong quantitative and writing skills Solid knowledge of GAAP Detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for the research and investigation of transactional level detail Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Team orientated, flexible, and the able to work well under pressure Must be able to work in a deadline oriented fast paced environment Strong time management and organizational skills a must Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
