Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence Hire, train, coach, and monitor sale team performance Foster positive customer relationships Present sales, revenue and expense reports and forecasts to management Identify emerging markets and market shifts Remain aware of new products and competition status Desk deals, track gross logs and RDR cars Skills/Qualifications - New Car A proven track record of New Car Manager success that consistently meets or exceeds targets MUST be an active, hyperaware manager with excellent closing skills A proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent people management, coaching and mentoring skills Excellent customer service skills, sales ability, and a positive attitude Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Strong business sense and automotive industry expertise We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Recommended Skills Automotive Industry Closing Skills Coaching And Mentoring Commercial Awareness Communication Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
