Daily tasks and responsibilities may include:
Inform potential patients of services offered and provider availability.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals.
Interview patients to complete insurance and privacy forms.
Liaise with insurance companies and third parties to identify patient benefits.
Compile and record medical charts, reports, claims, correspondence, and payments.
Order medical and office supplies.
Conduct Business Outreach.
Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws, and high ethical standards.
